Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer

When trying to log on to the HP Smart App (do not know who named that !#'*!) i get Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001) even though VPN is not turned on. As HP is not helping out, maybee somone inhere have a solution? If not I just have to ditch HP and get another product.
