Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I keep getting Error Code UA_400_EB000U0410. I have:

1. Reset the printer back to factory settings multiple times

2. Did an HP Secure Erase

3. Reset my network

4. Uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart

5. I have the latest firmware from July_2023

6. Tried different methods online through the HP smart app and the Embedded Web Server.

It worked fine until a few weeks ago and now I can't set it up as a new printer. This is very frustrating
