Hello, I was wondering if you could help me.
I have installed my printer that I bought from someone second-hand the model HP Envy 6020e. I can connect the printer to my laptop which uses the OS Windows 11. But I get this Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0410. I can't print and I want to order more ink. The current ink that is in the printer belonged to someone else, they had a different HP account. How can I resolve this ink compatibility issue? I registered or signed up for Instant Ink but can't do the final step, to register the printer to my device. Is it because the ink that is currently in the printer is registered to another account? Should I buy ink in a shop and replace it as I can't complete the final steps to register and connect the printer to my computer?
Do you have any advice?
