I received the error message: Printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed, out of the blue.  I've tried everything suggested on the HP site.  I tried unplugging the printer for 60 seconds, installed new drivers and checking the ink levels.  Nothing has worked, please help as now working from home and depend on this printer.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
