HP Recommended

Hi, can someone indicate a fix for my problem. I have undertaken an update via the HP site for my Officejet pro 8020e. I can still print documents however a message is coming up during the print job indicating (Unable to Communicate with Printer). I have tried multiple time to fix via the HP site with no luck. Is there a fix or is there a bug in the update from HP?
