There is plenting of troubleshooting tips on Missing or Failed Printhead.  And I tried them all.  However I have two such printers that are now both receiving this error message when it was working fine a week ago.  No changes or disruptions on my part.  I'm up-to-date on all firmware updates according to the printer check.  Was there a firmware update that is causing the cartridges not to be recognized?  I don't believe this is a coincidence.  Can you look into this and let me know.
