Printer: HP ENVY 4500 SERIES CLASS DRIVER (wireless)
It's in an error state and won't print anything. I've turned my router off and on, restarted my laptop, unplugged the printer and plugged it back in; I've done each of those things several times and nothing is changing. This is frustrating. Can anyone help?
Please and thank you.

Hi
Don't think you can uninstall anything since you;re using Class Drivers (Windows drivers).
Simply download the FULL featue software and install.
Thanks.

Your method worked, but I'm still having a problem. When the printer was bought, the installation process went onto another laptop. Once that was setup, I was able to print from my own laptop by using a regular WiFi connection. I never had to download software to print before. I did what you said on the original laptop where the software was installed, it worked, but now I'm still getting an error with my laptop. Am I going to have to do same thing with my laptop? Download the software? I'm hoping I won't have to since I didn't have to before.

Hi @christina_
Glad to hear that your issue is resolved and all is working well now.
Would suggest that you download and install the FUILL feature software. It's the best option to get the most out of the features for your printer.
Have a nice day!
