Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed my wifi password. Since I couldn't use my printer after, I had removed the printer off the network, and it was no longer appearing in HP Smart phone and PC app.

Upon setting up printer again from the beginning after a factory reset, I get the ERROR UA_400_EB000U0004 saying the printer is registered with someone else near the end of the setup. Preventing me for being able to finish the setup.

Please help.
