La impresora funciona de manera correcta pero presento problemas al intentar conectarla con mi Laptop (HP Notebook 15-dy1005la). Una vez ya instalado el programa indicado para la impresora y que el programa HP Print and Scan Doctor encuentre la impresora (que se encuentra conectada a la Laptop por cable USB), le doy a la opción "Siguiente" y aparece una ventana que necesito una versión del software más completa para proceder a la instalación; debajo de este aviso, hay un botón donde es para instalar la versión completa, pero al darle click solo aparece "Página no encontrada".

Ya lo he intentado varias veces y sigue pasando igual.

Please try the driver download from the next link, dale con el siguiente:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
