Error code EBSOOP0013 signifies that the ink system has failed. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check the Ink Cartridges:
- Open the printer’s cartridge access door.
- Inspect the ink cartridges and ensure they are properly installed.
- Remove any protective plastic strips from new cartridges.
- Reinstall the cartridges.
Clean the Ink Cartridges:
- Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
- Clean the gold contacts on the cartridges with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water.
- Allow the cartridges to dry and then reinstall them.
Update the Printer Firmware:
- Go to the HP website and check for the latest firmware update for your printer model.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the update.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable and turn on the printer.
