@CWM5, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The HP printer error code OXBH32CFD8 (or OXB832CFD8) typically indicates a firmware or hardware-related issue.
Please try these steps,
Power Reset the Printer:
- Turn the printer on.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet directly (avoid power strips).
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer back on.
Update the Printer Firmware:
- Visit the HP support page.
- Download and install the latest firmware for your printer model.
Use HP Smart App’s Diagnose & Fix Tool:
- Download the HP Smart app for Windows or macOS.
- Open the app and select Diagnose & Fix.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and resolve issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
