I have just bought this ENVY 5010 All-in-one printer and it won't set up. My PC can't find it and it has a constant error code of OXC4EB8004. I have spent 4 hours today trying different things. I think it may be a problem with the drivers, as one Troubleshooting thing showed that. I have been on 123.hp.com and installed the software countless times, and uninstalled it and installed it again. It doesn't say 5010 for the drivers though. At one point the printer was installed on the PC under a different model name, so I uninstalled it, but now I can't even get it to show up on there, the PC can't detect it at all. I have tried carefully cleaning the cartridge connections and moving the cartridge bit to the left and back to the right. I don't know what to do now. And I can't get hold of anyone on a UK number to call either.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

@Tglobal, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Are you able to bypass this error and go to the home screen on the printer?
Make sure all the packaging material is removed from inside the printer.
Check if the print carriage is moving freely. Refer to the steps mentioned in this document.
For more info on resolving 0x errors, refer to this document.
Let me know how this goes.
