HP Envy 5030

I have a brand new HP Envy 5030 printer which has worked fine for 2 days but now displays error code OXC4EB9021. I have tried the usual instructions and turned off from the mains, unplugged the connection lead, removed the ink cartridges and performed a reset. What can I do next?

I understand that you are getting an Error code "OXC4EB9021", is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

 

Request you refer to this HP Article to perform a Hard reset on your printer. 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support team to check on any exchange or upgrade options available for your printer.
