Hi @Cd8101652,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code EBS00P0007 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-In-One Printer indicates an issue with the setup process. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, and wait for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer. Wait for it to initialize fully.

2. Reset the Printer:

  • Press and hold the power button on the printer for about 10-15 seconds to perform a hard reset. Release the button once the printer powers off.

3. Check Network Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
  • Verify that the network signal is stable and strong.

4. Retry Setup Process:

  • Open the HP Smart app or visit 123.hp.com on your computer or mobile device.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer again.
  • Pay close attention to each step of the setup process and ensure that you're entering the correct information.

5. Use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • If your router supports WPS, try using the WPS method to connect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.
  • Refer to your printer's manual or HP's support documentation for instructions on how to use WPS.

6. Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.
  • Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest firmware update.
  • Install the firmware update following the provided instructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
