I'm having a problem finishing the setup process on my smart tank 7602r printer series. I keep getting the error code EBS00P0007. Nothing I've done has worked and I'm considering just returning it and being done with it.

Thank you thank you thank you! I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they couldn't help me. I followed the instructions in the video on my laptop, which is slower than molasses, but it worked! I was ready to throw it out the window! Many thanks 😊
