Hello,
I've been trying to create an account, but it won't finish the setup, and I can this error code: UA_500_EB000A9905). I have tried resolving the issue by contacting the virtual agent but without luck. Also, i cannot make a call without paying for it apparently.
I am so annoyed, and I've been using the printer before without any problems. I'm very unpleased with the fact that you cannot make a call to the support line without paying for it.

What is the exact error message you are receiving?
What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or an iPhone?

Same problem. Printer is HP 8702. Running latest Windows 10. Just downloaded & installed latest HP Smart & Firefox browser. Opened HP Smart, selected Scan, was asked to sign in, entered my existing HP account & password, got error UA_500_EB000A9905. Tried creating new account, got same response. Verified that Firefox is my default browser. Virtual Agent was absolutely no help.

I resolved the problem by logging on to https://myaccount.id.hp.com/profile
Then, select security. Next, expire all the logins.
