Device Compatibility: Verify that your device meets the requirements for the HP Smart app:

  • Windows 10 Redstone 5 (version 1809) or later
  • macOS Big Sur (11.0) or later
  • Android (10.0) or later
  • Apple iOS, iPadOS 16 or later

Restart Device: Sometimes, simply restarting your computer or mobile device can resolve download errors.

Clear Cache: For mobile devices, try clearing the app store's cache to resolve potential issues:

  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache.
  • Apple iOS: Restart the app store or your device. There are no direct options to clear cache.

Update Operating System: Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date. Older versions may not support new app updates.

Re-attempt Download: Try downloading the HP Smart app again from the official sources:
