My printer has suddenly stopped printing.

It shows the required prints in the printer queue but will not print.

I've tried all of the automated fixes but nothing seems to help.

It just gives the message - 'printer is in error state' but with no info on how to resolve this.

I've had the printer for several years with no major issues.

Hi @RoyTwing 

This error could be related to paper jam inside printer and needs to clean inside print.
