Hi,
I'm currently trying to set up either LaseJet 300 ColorMFP or a LaserJet 700 ColorMFP with Universal Printing 7.2.0.25780 and both printers are rejected with an error message, that the printers are unsupported by Universal Printing.
But I am able to set up bot printers with Windows 10 and the same version of Universal Printing Drivers without any problems.
Before I start removing/downgrading universal printing or using dedicated drivers... Is there any known issue using this combination of OS and Universal Printing?
Thanks for any feedback...
Thomas

I Fixed the problem with a complete re-install of the UPD PCL6 drivers...
First, I removed all printers that used the UPD PCL6 drivers.
After that, I restarted the Windows spooler service
Then I removed the UPD PCL6 drivers via the print server settings dialog and re-installed the most recent version 7.3.0.25919 - it is also important to use the second option "remove driver and driver package"
Not a very elegant solution, but the only that actually worked.
