Error message when trying to connect my new printer

@Lloc0113, Welcome to HP Support Community. 

 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

We see that you are getting EBS00P0013 error, when trying to connect/setup your new HP printer. 

If the HP Smart App shows status as “Finish Setup”,  Simply click Finish Setup. 

If the error EBS00P0013 persists, here's what we recommend to resolve the issue:

  1. Uninstall app, restart the device and reinstall the app.
  2. Open App, sign in, if not signed in.
  3. Add printer and follow the onscreen dialogs and Finish setup to resolve the issue.
