I just got a new computer that is running Windows 10. I had been printing to my HP LaserJet 200 color M251nw over our wireless network. The printer still shows up on the wireless and I am able to print the wireless network test report, which looks fine. The printer doesn't show up as an available device. I've downloaded and tried to install the Windows 10 drivers. I've tried with the assistant and without but I ultimately always get this error message: "A problem occurred while preparing to install software to you system. Please restart your compute, and run this installer again. If the problem persists, please check the product support web site for your product." (I have restarted that computer multiple times.) Any ideas?

As I understand there is an error while your trying to install M251nw drivers in windows 10,
I've done an extensive research and it looks like the best step to troubleshoot your concern is installing the windows builtin drivers:
Step 1: Set Windows Update to automatically download driver software
Open the Windows Device Installation Settings and confirm that your computer is set to automatically download driver software.
Search Windows for change device installation, and then click the Change device installation settings Control Panel setting in the list of results.
Device Installation Settings window displays.
Select the Yes option, and then click Save Changes.
If the issue persists, you may perform a reset,

I've gotten this working. I think there was an initial compatibility issue with Windows 10. I had just gotten the computer. About six hours after setting up the computer, it ran a long Windows update (took about an hour). After that update, I tried to download the drivers again and didn't get the error. It is printing fine now. Thanks!
