Hi, 

we have the MFP M479fdn. 

Firmware: CLRWTRXXXN002.2118A.00

After a paper jam, the printer doesn´t work anymore.

We get the error code: 50.09.00. In the details, we see in the descriptions: Error fixing unit.

 

We

- restart the printer very often, 

- have unplugged the power plug

-  clean the printer

- Paper residue removed

- Insert new cartridges

- reset the settings

But the error still existing.

What can we do? Must we change the fixing unit?

But how? I can´t find the fixing unit.
