Please help me!  I'm unable to print wirelessly on my new printer from my laptop computer.  It used to work but after a windows update (could be just coincidence - not sure) it no longer works.  I've been going in circles uninstalling and re-installing drivers and support tools and apps and such for two days but keep getting the same results.  I can print from my phone or if I hook up the USB cable to my laptop, but not wirelessly from my laptop.  Please help!

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

If the same persists, please clarify what exact steps are taken and what exact error is shown to better understand any possible cause.

It will print now.  Looks like updated "doctor" program found and fixed a port conflict that prior programs did not detect.  Thank you this has been driving me nuts!
