Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs031wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tryin to hook up  printer HPE39EF7 "HP Photosmart d110"  I did get it printing from "paint" but doesn't print in other places. 

So on "event viewer"  tells me that it needs to finish installation. But I don't know how to use the program that well.  

Also... What is "outranked drivers:.."  in "event viewer" ?

I understand that you are unable to print, and I am glad to assist you.

This seems to be a driver issue, follow these steps to fix the issue.

There is no windows 10 driver available for this printer model.

However, you can install the printer using Windows built-in driver.

Here are the steps:- Click here
