My longtime exit printer wouldn't print. Diagnosis said was missing driver. Uninstalled/reinstalled software and driver.  Now when trying to install to windows, still says "driver check issue not fixed". The only Printer Driver on the HP we site for this printer is listed as " HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One Printer series Basic Driver - IT Professional Use only".  Shall I download and install this? Or is the driver based on the laptop I'm using rather than the printer?
