I have been going nuts trying to figure out this issue. My drivers are all jacked. I have argued with "support" so many times. Same issue as this person, I hated Win11 and went back to Win10. Well HP website doesn't support this version to download a driver for the POS printer HP deskjet 2755e and I have spent many hours with that.
2. The USB ports and/or drivers are screwed up. They do not recognize the correct item being plugged in. No amount of downloading and reconfiguring helps.
3. did a system reboot after trying to salvage my docs and pics, as "support" walked me through how to do that. Well that did not work either and I have lost my childrens baby pictures, never to be found again. I had them on a Toshiba but this POS laptop fried it.
4. All of a sudden, my software disappears. I will load Office and have word, excel, adobe on and use it. Then the next day, the software has disappeared and I have to redownload it from Microsoft with my product keys (thank god reusable) and QuickBooks does the same thing.
5. I want to go back to the old days where I had my trusty desktop computer plugged into my trusty dinosaur printer via USB and nothing was hijacked and effed up by HP sneaking in. There was no Onedrive and Googledrive and Gdrive and all that crap that takes over your computer. Or Edge! dont get me started with that crap. I even have my old discs. I want my OLD SCHOOL VERSION SOFTWARE AND COMPUTER AND PRINTER so when i want to open a document, it is actually ON MY COMPUTER and not just "appearing" to be on my computer but is actually on onedrive. I have lost so much crap and then sometimes I find it again month down the road. However, none of this happened before I had this laptop and printer!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to print a document. But no, it wont print. it will print the error pages just fine though!

Hi @LIZARD4,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing printing issues with your HP Deskjet 2755e all-in one printer.
Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor on the computer connected to the printer.
1. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor
2. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
3. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
4. If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
5. If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
6. If the screen displays prompting to turn on printer updates, click Yes and continue.
7. If the screen displays prompting to make your printer the default printer, click Yes and continue.
You may also refer to this document to know how to use HP Print and Scan Doctor.
