I have been unable to print for a week or so without any real explanation.  Just stopped working.  I did a factory reset on the printer and now it is stuck at the screen telling me I need to enroll the device in HP Instant Ink in order to proceed.  The device is already enrolled and has been for 3 years.  I need to figure out how to get past this screen and continue setting up the printer again so I can try and print again.

@adamsbryan10, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this message. As the printer was reset to its factory settings, the Instant Ink data on the printer is also deleted.

You will have to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink to resume printing. There will not be any charge.

For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
