Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw

I've a LaserJet Pro M255dw that has since a couple of weeks go, started to give Service Error 79 and restart itself. On attempting to follow instructions for fixing this from the virtual agent, I need to use the Network Setup menu to disable ipv6 for some reason... however I've forgotten my admin password (I don't recall ever setting one!)

 

I understand a factory reset will get me around this, but I also understand HP need to provide me with the instructions for how to perform the reset for the M255dw. Could someone please provide?
