Hi @Kim19661,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To perform a factory reset on the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-In-One Printer, please follow the steps below.
- Turn on the printer and wait until it is idle.
- Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
- Wait for 10 seconds, then press and hold the Resume button and the Wireless button together.
- While holding the buttons, press the Power button to turn on the printer. Continue holding the Resume and Wireless buttons until the printer's screen turns off.
- Release the Resume and Wireless buttons.
- Press the Power button to turn on the printer again. The printer should now be restored to its factory settings.
Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all settings and information from the printer, including network settings and stored faxes. If you need to save any of this information, make sure to back it up before performing the reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
