Factory reset for the M281cdw - I don't have the password

 

I have been having print issues (would not connect wirelessly without having to restart the printer eacch time.)  When I looked for a firmware upgrade, I became aware I need the admin password - which I do not remember   I tried all my normal passwords, none worked.  

 

 How do I do a factory reset without the admin password?
