Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I set the administrator password a long time ago on my M255DW printer, and since then have moved house and need to reconfigure it for the new network. Unfortunately I've not been able to guess the original password, is there a way to perform a reset so that I can configure it from scratch?

Thanks,

Mike

After coming up empty for M255DW instructions for a while... it turns out it's unchanged from the M252 - immediately after powering on, hold a finger on the bottom right of the touchscreen until "Permanent Storage Init." appears, then release and wait.

Hope this helps others 🙂
