Hello.

I downloaded from HP's site the latest firmware update. I ran and installed it. 

Installer shows me that's OK (smiley emoji). But when I printed the configuration page I saw that the firmware stayed the same. In C:\ I found the HPFWUpdate.log which has many errors. I have no problem as as I read the only change this version has is a change of network security, but neither the printer nor my computer is on a network. I'm mentioning it in case HP can solve it.

I see that you are facing an issue with updating your Printer firmware.
