Product: officejet pro 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Officejet pro 8620, after updating to windows 11 my printer tells me there is a missing or failed printhead, also not connecting to my wireless. I've gone into the ink cartridge section  and used the lever to drop the cartridges ( after unplugging power at back of unit). I've also turned everything off, waiting and then turning back on. Still not working
