HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer

I have tried to activate hp plus with my new hp 2720e printer to redeem 6m ink , initially, it kept giving me failure to finish setup when it comes to hp plus activation step. then it did the setup but withput hp plus activation step. I have tried factory reset but remained the the same. Thanks.
