I have a Deskjet 3760 that used to work OK with my old computer, but I'm tryng to install it in my new PC with Windows 10 (via USB port) and the files I send to print stay in print queue. The scanner works fine, the test print goes ok when I launch it from the HP app, but when I want to print a "real" file, they just stay there queued forever.

@Martiniano, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that the print jobs are stuck in queue. To assist you better, are you using HP Smart app to print?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Reinstall the HP Smart app from Microsoft Store and check if that helps.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Thanks for your reply Kumar. I tried to print the files from the HP app and as usual (opening the file and ckicking on "print"). I also tried unsuccessfully to print a jpg and a txt before the first trials with pdf files. Lastly, I installed the drivers from the 123.hp site choosing the Easy Start app and then, after a last try, I abandoned. Yesterday though I started the PC and it worked magically.

Glad to know that you are able to print now. Monitor the printer and try printing again to be sure.
