They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

After installing the current driver, my office apps (Word, Excel & Access) no longer included a paper size for #10 Envelopes. Really screwed up Christmas letter mail merge.

I don’t know the name of it. Just that my non HP cartridges worked fine before the the latest upgrade.  HP keep giving me the run around. I’m trying a phone call today to “higher level” technical support.

The online help that contacted me was of ZERO help. Just wanted to help you w some feedback.  This is still a huge problem for many of your customers.  There should have been a fix posted clearly and easy to find months ago.  I have wasted hours of my time.  I am a day away from trashing my printer never to return to HP.
