Hi.

There's a new firmware update for my printer which is dated June 29th 2020.  When I click on the download (either via the UK or USA site) I get the following error: The requested URL /pub/softlib/software13/printers/oj7612/2022a/OJ7612_2022A.dmg was not found on this server.

Could you provide a working link please?  The HP virtual assistant is trying to get me to pay HP for me to call them to say that the update isn't working!

Kind regards,
James

Hi,

I could easily download the latest firmware for Mac OS from the HP Site, here is the exact link which does work for me:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/oj7612/2022a/OJ7612_2022A.dmg

May you see any difference now? it might be a temporary glitch and the file seems to be uploaded and available for over a week.

If the same persists, try using another browser or try private/incognito mode browsing too and check.
