I am new to this Forum. Having Firmware Update issues (posted in 2 other Forum locations). Just was reviewing some other Firmware issue posts (over several years) and one thing stands out, HP does not help or reply. No support what so ever😱.

I guess you can only get help if you cough up more $$$$ (money).🤑

 

Think I'll buy a Canon all in one and be done with this foolishness.
