Hi,

my printer (HP Officejet Pro 9132e) constantly asks for a firmware update to FW "6.23.6.41-202605070459". Currently installed is 6.23.6.5 which has A LOT of bugs concerning the scan to PC app and the overall connection stability.
Unfortunately, the update to FW 6.23.6.41-202605070459 constantly keeps crashing and cannot be installed. In addition, it's a HP+ printer and thus I cannot switch off automatic updates.

The printer is unusable right now.
Can you provide the FW for manual download so I can install it via USB?

Hello. I am having the same issue as well, but I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e. My printer keeps saying that there is a new firmware update to download 6.23.6.41-202605070459. It keeps trying to download this and then fails. My printer then bricks and cannot be used unless I turn it off and then back on again. It will not stop and tries numerous times a day. I cannot turn off this auto update.
