Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP OfficeJet 8020 All-in-One printer.  It has a touchscreen.  It has been trying for about 3-4 days to download a firmware update automatically.  It will not download even 1%.  So I tried Advanced settings from my desktop Mac running OS Ventura 13.4.1.  Again, even on the desktop, the screen says "downloading updates" and freezes at 0%.  Nothing will download.  I think it's trying to download a firmware update from 4/5/23. I went through the HP webpage to implement the download from my desktop device.  It does not work.  Any suggestions?  I have to turn off the printer and restart it to get it working since it always tries to download the update firmware.  Should I turn off the automatic updates and leave it alone?
