Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. Flash is disabled. After 12.01.2021, the HP Solution Center stopped running. The full-featured HP PSC 1310 All-in-One MFP software does not work. What to do?

Please Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor. Select your printer, click Printer in the top menu bar, and then click Supply Levels.

But unfortunately you will not be able to use the other features using the HP Print and scan Doctor

 

You could try using HP Smart App as well https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
