Flashing EO after new cartridge replacement.

No print, flashing EO. Removed cartridge as advised, error goes but still no print. HP Smart says no connection to printer but the HP Scan & Print Doctor connects ok. Only advice seems to be to replace the cartridge, but how when I am on Instank Ink and according to my emails it has lost connection to this service.

Very frustrated with what should be a fit and forget device, never had a single moment of stress with my last printer...
