Forget the admin password and username for the printer

Hi, I forget the my printer and I cannot format the printer or enter the advanced settings. It always request me the admin, username and password.

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer is locked with an administrator password

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
