Hi, I had setup a custom password to the my printer, now I am trying to setup my printer on a new wireless network and it asks me to enter the device username and password. Unfortunately I forgot the password and didn't find any option to reset or forgot password option. So I want to reset the printer factory settings so that I can setup a new username and password and then finish my wireless setup. Could you please help me how I do the FACTORY RESET for HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 series printers? . Thank you in advance!
Printer Model: HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 series [DE6AB9]

Welcome to the HP support community.
This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
