Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I got a certified refurbished HP Color Laser Jet Pro printer a few weeks ago. I set up the initial settings, including an administrator password, thinking I would remember it, and now cannot. At the time, I did not yet have internet set up at the office space where the printer resides, so I have not yet been able to connect it to internet, but got wifi set up this morning. Then when I went to set up the connection for printer, I could not, because I forget the password and cannot log in to do anything on the printer. I have read many other support pages, and cannot seem to access any "factory reset" options on this printer, cannot find the IP address. Please help! All I need to do is reset the password, but it is proving very difficult.

Thank you.
