Full_Webpack-1313-PS7520_Full_Webpack.exe will not install on my windows 11 PC

I can't get the full software site to install. I like that software better than HP Smart. Also my printer no longer has eprint capability says cannot connect to server when I try to download forms from the touch panel. All of this used to work but not anymore. Can't update the firmware either.

Firmware --

There has not been a Firmware update for this printer since 2018.

That said, True >> There is no firmware file / update for Windows 11.

ePrint --

ePrint is still listed as supported for this printer in HP Printers - Mobile Printing Solutions Compatible with HP Printers

Perhaps Web Services is not running.

Note: 

There is only so much you can do about Web Services or ePrint, for that matter.

The entire process is automated - that is, programs and server farms handle the traffic, sorting, checking, and processing.

If the service actually goes down on the HP side, it can recovery quickly or drag in the mud for days.

We do not have any way to check or fix from the outside.

Sounds sad -- truth is, it usually recovers at some point.

Printer Software -

The Full Feature Software / full driver printer software is still supported (and available) for Windows 11.

Is there any indication of the problem?

That is, is there an error or message during the installation that hints at the trouble spot?

For example, the "Driver Unavailable" message might mean that one or more pieces of the printer software are stuck after a previous install / uninstall .

Example - Uninstall  / Reinstall Printer Software

Restart everything, including the router (Yes, doing so can add it's own kind of magic.)

Uninstall the printer software

Add the "Check and Remove" steps before installing a new copy of the software

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in
