HI
I just changed internet provider, I am able to forget the old network but i cannot connect to the new network on my Mac HP smart app.
Please provide instruction on how to reset the printer.
My printer is MFP M28-M31

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Also, refer to - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change to know how to connect the printer to the network.

Hello,
My HP LaserJet MFP M28-M31 printer is not willing to work, I want to fully factory reset it.
How do I do that on a Mac computer with 10.15.7 software version?

- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I purchased a new router and can't locate my admin password for my MFP-M28M31 HP Printer. The warranty has expired so I'm unable to speak with a tech on getting this resolved. Its been a journey trying

How do a factory reset on my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28a ?
My PC does not recognize the MFP M28a printer. If i search it in the device manager section, the only printer founded is "hp laser jet 3020".
