- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

Help! I need the reset instructions for my LaserJet MFP M28w printer. I'm locked out of accessing the System tab on the EWS and cannot access the reset process using that approach. Can you please send me the instructions? Thanks! Jason

Hi,
Can you provide us the reset steps for my MFP M28a printer?
After the firmware update, i am not able to use my device (My pc does not recognize the printer).
If i go to device manager, the only printer founded is "hp rbx-load".

Hi,
I managed to loose my newly set admin password of my newly bought HP LaserJet MFP M28w printer.
Could you please send me the instructions to clear the password/factory reset the Printer?

I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
