- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

For reference here were the details of the issue - I just need to do a Factory Reset on the printer.
I am helping a client of mine out with a M29w that is inaccessible via network and will not set up via the wifi setup wizard. I've attempted several resets such as holding the wifi button for 20 seconds, but none have succeeded.
Before the issue began I performed the latest firmware update, and also added a admin password to the printer and enabled https. After doing those three tasks the printer is only accessible via USB no matter what I try.
Can you please let me know what the steps are to perform a factory reset on the HP LaserJet MFP M29w?

I also need the instructions to do a full factory reset. I no longer have that wireless network, so I cannot log into the printer in any way.
HP LaserJet MFP M31w
I do have a windows 10 machine, but I only use the app to print from my android phone.
