I am unable to access the printer properties from HP Assistant or any other application and can't perform printing as well during wireless mode (network printer). Everything will be working fine if my laptop connected directly to the printer with USB cable . I get this error message if connected to the network printer:
C:\WINDOWS\splwow64.exe
Function address 0xb9b45549 caused a protection fault. (exception code Oxe06d7363) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed.
I have tried out all the methods mentioned in below thread but the issue till persist. Thanks for any advise.

Hi,
I have solved my problem. These are my steps taken:
1. Clean the printer driver first.
2. Re-installing the printer driver through USB cable connect directly from the printer to my laptop. (Let Windows 10 to detect the driver itself in stead of install the driver downloaded from HP website).
The above methods work for me. Thanks for yours help so far!
